Trevi Group is confirmed once again as an Ambassador Company of the “Ingenio al Femminile” Graduation Thesis Award, promoted by the National Council of Engineers (CNI) in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company.
The initiative aims to promote Goal 5 – Gender Equality of the UN 2030 Agenda, supporting female talent and contributing to reducing the gender gap in engineering and STEM disciplines.
Theme of the 2026 edition: “Innovating for a Sustainable Transition”
The 2026 edition focuses on the role of engineering in enabling the transition toward more sustainable development models, through innovative solutions applied to spaces, processes, products and integrated systems, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global strategies for 2050.
The initiative reflects an increasingly relevant context in which sustainability is reshaping industries, transforming required skills and accelerating the demand for interdisciplinary approaches to tackle key challenges such as decarbonization, resilient infrastructure and smart resource management.
The 2026 edition also introduces a new “Ingenio Team” mention, aimed at rewarding project concepts developed by mixed teams led by a young female engineer, further reinforcing the importance of collaboration and cross-functional skills in engineering practice.
In this scenario, diversity within technical teams plays a key role in improving problem solving, strengthening decision-making processes and enhancing the overall reliability of complex projects.

The Award is open to female engineers who completed their degree or PhD between April 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026.
Applications must be submitted through the official platform by June 30, 2026.
