The Trevi Group is an Ambassador Company of the "Ingenio al Femminile" Graduation Thesis Award for the third consecutive year

Once again this year, Gruppo Trevi proudly participates as an Ambassador Company in the “Ingenio al Femminile” Graduation Thesis Award, promoted by the National Council of Engineers (CNI) in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company.

This initiative is part of the efforts to promote Goal 5 – Gender Equality of the UN 2030 Agenda, aiming to enhance female talent and contribute to reducing the gender gap, particularly in the fields of engineering and STEM disciplines.

Theme of the 2025 edition: “Artificial Intelligence for the New Challenges of 2050”

AI is currently at the center of a lively cultural, scientific, and political debate. Its impact extends to every area of society: from the labor market to environmental sustainability, from big data management to biotechnology, and even to sports and entertainment. The year 2050 is identified as a turning point toward a new social order, where skills — including those typically associated with women — will play a key role in the ethical and sustainable management of artificial intelligence.

Candidates are asked to illustrate how their thesis work fits into this scenario, highlighting:

  • how AI can be used to improve collective well-being in their field;
  • what risks may arise from improper or unethical use of artificial intelligence.

The “Ingenio al Femminile” Graduation Thesis Award is about creating opportunities for women and inspiring cultural change within organizations and society, toward a more equitable and inclusive environment.
